Hey guys, sorry it's been a while.
I used facebook today to get people to answer a question for me, my question simply said- What makes you happy?
I got some interesting, and somewhat encouraging answers which I am going to share because it's nice to know what makes people smile :)
1) "Feeling that I have truly made an impact on someone in a positive way."
2) "Seeing lives being changed for the better"
3) Having a deep, meaningful connection with others. I help people in need all the time. That kinda just feels like who I am. I don't really think there's an option for me, so it doesn't make me feel happy or anything. But when someone else and I connect, I def feel happy about that."
4) "Seeing this post makes me :)"
5) "I love it when I can give someone else a 'light-bulb' moment"
6) "Expanding someone's horizon or being in a situation where someone has gained a new perspective, I love that."
7) "A beautiful smile, helping people, little kids at play, nature, being around family."
8) "Doing art" and "being goofy and enjoying life"
9) "mostly simple things- curry, days with friends, camping, Alex Rider books, reading, getting to the front at a concert, getting to meet the band backstage at a concert, and money."
10) "Winter weather and warm clothes make me happy. I love the cold"
11) "Appreciating the moment, like I can find happiness in just being alive most of the time. It's pretty precious and fleeting. Being with my mates and just having a laugh and messing about, doing stupid stuff :) You gotta appreciate life. Happiness isn't getting what you want, it's being content with what you already have."
12) "Sleep, trifle and music"
13) "Making people smile, doing kind things for others, loving God and others as myself."
14) "Your question does"
15) "My kid's belly laughs, christmas decorations, nature walks and nature sounds, small group bonding moments"
It made me smile getting these answers :) I like knowing what makes people happy.
Keep Smiling :)
Love, Tutti-Frutti
