Good From Bad, Love and Relaxing

It's the holidays :) The exams are done :) Perfect time to just chill out a bit :)

Have you ever made pictures from the clouds? I'm being serious here and I'm not drugged up or anything, serious question, have you ever lay back on the grass and made pictures with the clouds in the sky? It's wonderful. It's really relaxing, there's nothing to worry you, just you and the big old sky :)

And looking up at the sky is a big reminder of something else, the sky is huge and we are incredibly small. That to some might be a scary prospect, but something is only scary if you make it so. To me, it's a very comforting prospect, it makes me remember that the world goes beyond my problems, and it's bigger than me and can harbour so many more problems than I ever thought possible. It reminds me, that there is always somebody who's dilemas and problems are worse than my own, and that I am in fact one of the luckiest girls in the world, I need only remember that fact in times of hardship.

And the beauty of having other people in times of trouble, is that we are able to help them. Woe and hardship builds character. It helps people realise what they have, and while I'm not saying for a second that it is good that people have to go through hard times, I'm saying that good things can always come from bad situations.

In "Love Actually" Hugh Grant says a line, which probably wont have been considered by many people when thinking about its reference, but all the same is probably very true. He says, "When the planes hit the twin towers as far as I know none of the messeges from the people on board were of hate or revenge, they were messeges of love" We show our true colours in a crisis. When there is nothing left, we give the only thing that has always been and will always be, we give love. In the middle of a crisis, we have no time for hatred, no time for anger, we stick to the people we love like glue, and make sure they know we love them, we show them our true selves, and when it all gets better again, like 9 times out of 10 it does, they know how we truly feel, so something good has come from something bad.

Remember you're amazing :D Now go put your feet up and relax!

Keep Smiling :)
Love, Tutti-Frutti
